In the univers of Real Size RPG, Plastazote foam is used to make false weapons (swords, axes, war hammers) employed by people who play to this kind of RPGs (see photos).
Basically, most weapons are made of several layers of plastazote foam glued together by neoprene glue, inside whiches has been held a stick of composite fibreglass in order to give it a better rigidity.
